To guarantee the operational efficiency and profitability of your projects, EnerAxion performs acceptance testing for your hydraulic turbines according to the requirements of the international standard IEC 62006: Hydraulic machines – Acceptance tests of small hydroelectric installations.
This standard is specifically tailored for small hydro installations.
A Precise Testing Process for Maximum Performance
Applying the IEC 62006 standard allows us to accurately validate the key performance criteria:
• Contractual Efficiency: We measure the turbine's efficiency to validate the guaranteed efficiencies.
• Power Capacity: We validate the maximum power output under operating conditions.
• Cam Curve Optimization: For double-regulated Kaplan-type turbines, we optimize the conjugation (cam curve) of the runner blades and guide vanes. These fine adjustments ensure maximum efficiency across the entire operating range.
